Keane Acquires Internet Solutions Firm

  California-Based Jamison/Gold Enhances Keane's E-Solutions Practice

   BOSTON, June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading IT consulting firm Keane, Inc.
   (Amex: KEA - news) today announced it has acquired
   Jamison/Gold, LLC, a privately held consulting firm that provides full
   service Internet solutions. The acquisition of Jamison/Gold, based in
   Marina del Rey, California, is structured as a purchase of assets and
   is intended to enhance Keane's e- solutions practice. Financial terms
   of the transaction were not disclosed. Jamison/Gold provides
   end-to-end Internet business services, which include designing,
   developing, deploying, and managing Web-based solutions. These
   solutions have helped such leading companies as Sony Computer
   Entertainment, Nissan Motors, Media One, and Energizer transform their
   businesses and maintain a competitive edge.

   It is anticipated that Jamison/Gold's proven experience will
   complement Keane's e-solutions plan, build and manage strategy to help
   clients create new channels of revenue, lower cost structures and
   provide increased value to customers and shareholders by leveraging
   the power of the Internet. Keane's end-to-end e-solutions capability
   includes three phases: 1) e-Strategy, in which industry and market
   dynamics are assessed, and specific business transforming
   recommendations are made; 2) e-Development, a multi-disciplinary
   approach to Web development combining expertise in business analysis,

   e-Management, which includes site-management and refresh, community
